El Manantial

For 30 years we have been preparing our recipes in our family restaurant in Guanajuato, Mexico, and now we are celebrating our second year at Mark's Carts. Our expanded menu reflects an assortment of Mexican favorites such as tostadas, tortas and quesadillas. We serve from-scratch salsas, guacamole, tamales, and a variety of tacos. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available. Daily specials range from hand-rolled flautas to fresh fruit with spices and lime.

Hut-K Chaats

"Hut-K" means "non-mainstream," and "chaats" are savory, flavorful Indian street food. It's the brainchild of Dr. Swaroop Bhojani, a cancer researcher, and Sumi Bhojani, a teacher. They believe that nutritious food can also taste great. Their healthy sauces are based around raw foods like spinach, cilantro, mint, dates, mangoes and lime. They've replaced sugar with dried fruits, and traditionally fried foods are often baked. It's a culinary experience of flavors, nutrition, and healing by food.
